Story of a manager and a lift-man

How you will force a person to do any work!!!!...Let me ask this question in more clear words. Can you force a person to do a work!!!!...
Let me elaborate.....
There was a manager of a company strict in rules and regulations. He was honest and hard working but the problem was that he was very strict regarding values and moral responsibilities.
According to company's rule every employee must wear a cap during work.He always force employees
to wear that cap. Some employee wears it because they knows the benefits and reason behind that. But other employees wear it when they saw the manager coming near them and removed it when he walked off.
The manager everyday force the employees, they do the same thing everyday.
One day he feels,Try an alternate way.He went to a employee and asked him politely why you not wear this cap,He told him the advantages of the cap and appreciate him to wear it. From next day he saw the change taking place.

In second story, there was a lift-man whose daily work was to operate a lift .Every day he met hundred of people. One day when he left a person on third floor,he hears a word THANK YOU.That word make him smile.
Imagine what was the effect of thank you on lift-man and think if there was any need of that word by that person.
It was just a appreciation by that person. It will neither affects lift-man life nor harm that person anyway.
The fact is YOU CAN FORCE A PERSON BUT CANNOT MAKE HIS INNER SOUL READY FOR THAT WORK.
APPRECIATION can make your work easier. Every person DEMANDS APPRECIATION.
THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO GET ANYBODY TO DO ANYTHING,MAKE THE PERSON WANT TO DO IT,
yes!....MAKE the person WANT to do it
BUT HOW..........
only THROUGH HONEST APPRECIATION you can do it .
